Organizational Strategist

Great ideas require excellent execution. That’s where I come in.

I am passionate about creative ways of using technology to spark human connection. 

I have worked with global consulting firms, mobile app and co-living startups, and nonprofit organizations (including I’ve worked at TED, Miro, Accenture, and Rice University. I specialize in project/program management, product operations, process design, and systems implementation, including all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I currently provide consulting services on personal productivity, location-independent/remote work, and OKR goal-alignment methodology. The story of how I helped pioneer OKRs at TED is published on What Matters. I also helped to plan and facilitate the first-ever virtual Design Sprint at TED.

I speak three languages (English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese). My professional qualifications live on LinkedIn.

Somatic Intimacy CoACHING

I’m a trauma-informed and sex-positive intimacy coach in training. I came to this work the way most people come to the things that matter, through my own edges.

I stumbled through life without a way to access my own pleasure, desire, or how I wanted to be touched.

My sessions draw on somatic awareness, consent-centered practice, and over two decades of dance and learning what it means to inhabit a body on my own terms.

I work online and in Lisbon.
